Fun In The Sun

Hi, and welcome, everyone! Today I'm over the SVG Attic Blog sharing a beach hat and card. 

Have I told you all how much I love 12 x 12 Paper Kits, yeah? They can be so inspiring. The bathing suit paper is so cute and perfect for my beach hat. Yes, the big floppy beach hats. I used the Garden Hat 3D from Snapdragon Snippets to create the hat. I used quick dry adhesive on the hat and my trusty binder clips, as always. A little bit of ribbon and twine along with the gift tag from the JGW Just Sew Kit and popsicle sticker from the kit finishes it off. Finished off with enamel dots on the tag.

The dressmaker easel card from the JGW Just Sew Kit is so versatile. Back in December I paired it with the poinsettias from JGW Poinsettia Passion to create a Christmas card, so pretty! You can see it here, Christmas Wishes.

For the easel card I used my ATG adhesive and 3D mounting foam on the back of the stickers. The stickers from the kit add a few fun elements. Added a few enamel dots to finish it.

Bearing Gifts

Hello and welcome back, everyone! Today I'm taking over the Drive By Crafts Blog with Reverse Confetti's Striped Frame Cover Confetti Cuts and Bearing Gifts Stamp Set.

How To

• Starting with a 5" x 6" top fold cardbase
• Cut pattern paper 5"x 6" and adhere to cardbase
• Die-cut white cardstock using Reverse Confetti Striped Cover Die
• Cut Kraft cardstock to fit behind Striped Cover 
• Use Striped Cover die-cut paper to position stamps, stamp images and sentiment using stamping tool and favorite ink on Kraft cardstock
• Stamp bear in car image with alcohol marker friendly ink and color with alcohol markers; fussy cut
• Add 3D mounting foam to Stripe Cover die-cut and to the back of the bear image
• Lay Stripe Cover over Kraft paper and adhere using the 3D mounting foam
• Adhere bear to bottom corner

The Witching Hour

Happy Friday and welcome back, everyone! Lisa from The Relativity of Paper sharing a little Halloween card featuring the Victorine Originals Halloween Kids Stamps. These are the cutest stamps! 

HOW TO

• Start with a A2 (4.25 x 5.5) cardbase, die-cut pattern paper from MME Trick or Treat Kit and adhere to front of cardbase 
• Stamp images from Halloween Kids Stamps onto masking paper, I use post it notes and fussy cut
• Die-cut X-press Blend It paper using Hero Arts Rectangle Dies, stamp images starting with pumpkin, then ghost, then mummy, and finish with witch, masking each one after stamp
• Unmask and color using COPIC markers
• Die-cut a mask using Hero Arts rectangle die(same size as the one kids are stamped on) and circle die for moon, mask colored images again and negative for moon
• Using Distress Oxides Fossilized Amber create a moon with ink dauber, blend light and darker areas, unmask rectangle 
• Add circle mask over moon making sure to leave kids masked, using Distress Oxides Black Soot, Faded Jeans, and Wilted Violet blend night sky
• Using Hero Arts Unicorn Ink and star stencil(from my stash) stencil stars 
• Add stickers from Echo Park Halloween Town Kit and Black Enamel Dots

Happy Friday! Today I'm over on the SVG Attic Blog sharing a fiendishly fun take on the Cabana Milk Carton for Halloween candy. I love the files at SVG Attic because you can use them in so many different ways, makes crafting fun.

This Milk Carton from the CG Under the Sea Kit is super easy to assemble with minimal cutting, always a good thing when you are in a hurry. 

I used Echo Park Paper Co. Halloween Town Paper Kit for my project. The milk carton would a great Halloween party favor.
