Repurposing Easter Files

Hi, everyone and welcome!I'm over on the SVG Attic Blog today sharing a few ideas on how to use those Easter files throughout the Summer. Using Easter Elements and JGW Happy Easter (carrot) I created three simple cards that would be ideal for someone who loves to garden.

So using the carrot from the JGW Happy Easter - Upright Bunny Box I created this fun carrot themed card. The sentiment reads I CARROT believe I forgot, perfect for belated birthdays.

Using the tulip from the Easter Elements, I cut Canson XL Watercolor paper and inked with Distress Inks adding a sentiment that can be used for several occasions.

Using the Peeps Bunny from the Easter Elements it's easy to create various bunny themed cards, the sentiment reads, There's no bunny like you. There are also several "peep" sentiments that can be used throughout the year, too.

You can find all the details on my blog, The Relativity of Paper.

Window Box Cards

Hi, everyone and welcome! Today I'm over on the SVG Attic Blog sharing my take on the Window Box Card from the CG Box Cards 2 Collection. This card comes together quickly. I did a little embossing with a wood grain and stamped a die-cut banner for the sentiment.

So while I was putting the finishing touches on this card, I got to thinking(scary) what if I pulled a few files from other SVG Attic Collections and created an Easter Card. So back to the machine I head cutting the Window Box Card minus the flowers. I then grabbed the carrot from the JGW Happy Easter Upright Bunny Box and the Chocolate Bunny from the SVG Attic Easter Elements for resizing and cutting.

I stamped the wood grain, embossed the clouds, die-cut the banner and fence, stamped my sentiment and finished off with pearls.

Turquoise and Gold Easter Bags with SVG Attic

Happy Friday and thanks for joining me. Today I'm sharing a few treat bags I created using the SDS Birthday Bash Balloon Treat Bag and Easter Elements

Gold and Turquoise are so beautiful together.
I've had this paper for some time now and decided it would be perfect for a more "sophisticated" take on Easter.

I love this bunny from the Easter Elements.
You could use this little bag for so many things and it is so easy to assemble. I'm loving it.

Perfect for a small Easter gift.
The gold paper is actually a poster board. I purchased this at Hobby Lobby in the Art Department.
It comes in a 22" x  28" sheet, I cut it down to the size I need. You can also buy silver, acetate, vellum, and more like this.  So be sure to check out next time you go.
