Sending Owl My Love

Hi, everyone and welcome! I'm over on the SVG Attic Blog today sharing a fun way to use Give A Hoot SVG Collection and Tent Cards SVG Collection. This is a great project to get the kids involved, and it comes together quickly. 

I started by picking fun patterned papers for Valentine's Day, but you could make these for any occasion.

Once I decided on the papers I used white 12 x 12 cardstock to cut the Tent Card, Kraft cardstock to cut the limb, red cardstock for Owl along with the patterned papers. 

To create the branch simply take one of the tree trunks from the Give A Hoot Trees and turn it to create your branch. I did a little woodgrain embossing on mine. To create the hearts I used the heart tree and size the hearts down.  

You can use a goodie bag or Project Life Pouch to hold your goodies. Layer the Owl and finish off with googly eyes! Easy-peasy, right?

Bridesmaids Gifts with SVG Attic

Merry Christmas from The Magic Kingdom

Hi everyone! I'm keeping today's post short and sweet straight from The Magic Kingdom. I have  another tent card to share with you using the Tall Oval card from the SVG Attic's Tent Cards Collection and the snowflake from JGW Snow Flurries Standing Snowflake.

Using Pink Paislee City Sidewalks - Park Place 12 x 12 Papers to cut the tent card and 

snowflake. I re-sized the card to fit the length of my 12 x 12 paper and re-sized the snowflake to fit the card.  I covered the snowflake in Frantage Embossing Enamels aged Silver and Shabby Blue.

A Baby Boy with SVG Attic

Today, on the SVG Attic Blog, the I- Team is sharing projects we created to welcome

the newest member to our little family. Kenzie and Mike, the owners of SVG Attic, are 

welcoming a baby boy very soon! We are so thrilled for them. 

I created this card using a Tent Card from SVG Attic Tent Cards Collection, a onesie from 

the Baby Boy Collection.

I'm a huge fan of the tent cards because you can do so much with them. I used the Rounded Rectangle Design to create my card. I embossed white cardstock with clouds for the inside of the card. Using baker's twine I hung the onesie that is faux stitched and added the message with my sketch pens and cameo. The papers are from my stash. I can tell you they are by Martha Stewart and OLD!  I used the 3D Spooky Tree from SDS Ghostly Graveyard Collection and Cupcake Holder from SVGA Sweet Shop Party Collection,  Happy H-owl-ween, Owl, It's All About The Candy and Ghost Stamp from Pink & Main Punkin Stamp Set. 

I resized the Cupcake Holder to make this little candy shop. It's bit smaller than a small milk carton. 

Other Supplies I used:

Pom Pom Ribbon from Walmart, Googly Eyes from stash, M&M's Fall Candy, Ranger Archival Ink Jet Black, Staz On Pumpkin Ink, COPICS, Sharpie Pens, American Crafts 6x6 BOO! Paper Pad and Craft Smith Neutrals 12x12 Paper Pad.

I used the Plain Truffle Box from the  SVGA Sweet Shop Collection and Pink & Main Punkin

Stamp Set.  These make great Halloween Party Favors for home or school.

Other Supplies I used:

Ranger Archival Ink Jet Black, Sharpie Pen, AC Toil & Trouble 6x6 Paper Pad and Trendy Twine 

Orangesicle. 

I used Tent Card from SVG Tent Card Collection and Pink & Main Punkin Stamp Set.

 Trendy Twine Grape Fizz, AC BOO! 6x6 Paper Pad, Googly Eyes from stash, Ranger Archival Ink Jet Black, Sharpie Pen, Black card stock from stash.

I also wanted to do a project with a vintage feel. So, I went a little batty with 

the Cupcake Holder again!

Here I used the Cupcake Holder from SVGA Sweet Shop Party Collection and Pink & Main Punkin Stamp Set to make this spooky house. I did resize the cut file so the house would be about 6.5 inches tall at the highest point. I cut the shutters free from the window panes. I wanted them to look old, like they are falling off the house. You can use this for any number of things, candy, cookies, cupcakes, candles and more.

Other Supplies I used:

Ranger Archival Ink Jet Black, AC Twine and Kraft Paper from stash, The Paper Studio Jeepers Creepers 12x12 Paper Pad, Martha Stewart Halloween 12x12 paper(inside) and Martha Stewart Spider Web punch from stash.

Tent Cards and Fishing Line with SVG Attic

Hi everyone!
Today, I'm sharing a few summer cards I made
 using SVG Attic's Tent Cards Collection.

 I used 1- Double-sided 12x12 piece of paper for the card base and envelope.

Colored cardstock for the insert. Fishing line to suspend the stickers and
 enamel dots to finish it off. I used a sketch pen for the sentiment.
 I just typed the sentiment into
the Silhouette Studio software, then let the machine and pen do the 

work.
