A Simple Hello

Hi, everyone! Today I'm over on the SVG Attic Blog sharing an excellent way to say HELLO and brighten someone's January Day.  I'm using two files from the JGW Love Letters Collection to create a card and small treat box. 

As I was cutting and assembling, picking the papers I thought would work best, I fell in love with the card. I mean there is nothing you can't use this cute card for! And the back of it is super cute, too! As you can see, I created a shaker by using a project life pouch and adding a few seed beads along with cut out envelopes from my scrap paper. 

You could add 3D mounting foam and add some candy for any holiday. I will be making this for Valentine's Day. Oh snap, as I sit here, you could use the project life pouch and add a Ghirardelli Chocolate Square. I tell ya, I'm in love with this card.

Seeing Stars with SVG Attic

Thank Goodness It's Friday! 

Today I'm sharing a few cards I created

using SVG Attic's Star Card from the SVG Attic's Festive Fourth Collection.

I love this file because you can use it for more than

the 4th of July. Don't get me wrong, I knocked out four 

Independence Day cards in no time but it's nice knowing 

you can do more. And talk about double duty, using the star cutouts 

and the negative cutout for shaker cards is amazing!

are from my stash.

Anything Goes with Crafty Gals Corner Challenge #12

Can you believe it's the last Wednesday of March? This year is moving 

right along, before we know it we will be making Halloween projects again.

Okay, before I have us ringing in the New Year let's talk about this weeks

like them.  So I figured, why not? So I colored the image 

using COPICS, use Spellbinders Classical Circles to create the 

shaker, added sequins, added Pink Paislee Indigo Bleu Collection ~ Burlap Paper

(yellow paper) and Doodlebug Kraft in Color 6x6 paper (blue paper), stamped 

sentiment, and added enamels dots from Michael's dollar bins.
