Color Challenge with Clear It Out Challenge #86

Good Morning! It's time for a new challenge over at

We have an amazing sponsor this week:
http://www.bugaboostamps.com/

I had the pleasure of using this adorable

I'm entering this into the following:
Sisters of Craft ~ Anything Goes

y to make. Step by step instructions follow:
1. Gather your white cardstock, Drydex, spatula, painter's tape, stencil and heat gun.
2. Tape down the top of stencil on white cardstock, making a hinge with your stencil and tape.
I'll explain in a bit.
3. Carefully, start piling drydex up on outer edge of stencil, I work right to left.
4. Smooth DryDex over stencil removing excess, remember to work slowly and carefully.
5. Close up DryDex and move to side along with spatula
6. Carefully left edge of stencils and fold away from you, peel stencil off tape but leave the tape, you will need it again.
7. Dry DryDex with heat gun. Not too close it will bubble.
8.Wash stencil and dry
9. Place stencil back over dried DryDex and tape down(see you need that tape again,
make sure stencil is laying correctly)
10. Ink up blending tool and ink over stencil and Drydex.
I love this method because it keeps the white so crisp and clean.

I colored my image with COPICS, layered on my stenciled background, add purple bubbles and sentiment.

Now it's your turn! GO!

Try Something New with Crafty Gals Corner Challenge #4

This week over at
it's all about trying something
(new technique, fold, item, style)

I decided to try a new fold. I always find myself
doing the same ol' basic fold. And I'm glad I decided to
try this new fold, it's easy peasy! I realized
I really need to start breaking out of my comfort zone.
I also got creative with my embellishments.
I have to say I'm really liking the look of this
card! I hope you enjoy it, too.

So here's the card I made using
an Upright Z Fold!

I used a Bugaboo Digital Image,
Valentine Jar colored with COPICS, layered with
PTI Simple Valentine DP and finished off
with Queen & Co. Pearls.

We are very fortunate to have
two great sponsors this week:

 Bugaboo Stamps
7 Digital Images
http://www.bugaboostamps.com/

 and
Stamp and Create
$20 Gift Certificate

I had the pleasure of using Bugaboo ~ Winter Birds Trio
digi stamp. If you are familiar with Bugaboo you know how
wonderfully cute they are. If you're not, I highly recommend

So here's the card I made. While I was making it
I couldn't get the episode of The Big Bang Theory out
of my head. The one where Dr. Sheldon Cooper says....
"I wish you all could be inside my head. The conversation
is sparkling."
I used lots of glitter and shimmer for
a wonderful winter feel, adding the brads that look like
screws as my metal embellishments.
I hope you enjoy and will hop over to Clear It Out Challenge

Bugaboo Catch The Bug Challenge

Y'all know I love Bugaboo!
I've mentioned before my first digital stamp purchase was from
Bugaboo! Love them! Just in case you didn't catch that. So I recently purchased
some new digis from Bugaboo. So today I made a Halloween card
using one of the new digis, Mummy Scene.

So I'm entering this into:
http://catchthebugblog.blogspot.com/2014/08/august-bingo-challenge.html

I used Bugaboo Image, Kraft Paper, Die or Punch

I don't recall what brand the Kraft paper is, sorry. The DP is Authentique's Thrilling Collection, Antidote, and the sentiment is from Authentique's Enchanted Elements Sticker Sheet.
I used Martha Stewart Large Spider Web Punch.
