I colored the image with COPICS, layered on 
MME ~ Just Sayin' 6x6 Papers die cut with Pretty Pink Posh Stitched 
Banner Duo, layered on AC card stock and then onto precut white cardstock.
Finished off with brad from Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Collection.
