Candy Cane Wishes

Hi and welcome, everyone! Lisa from The Relativity of Paper spreading Candy Cane Wishes around for everyone.

Have you seen the new Hello You Stamps? Here's one of the sweet girls all ready for Christmas in her red dress and bow. I also used the new Inside Scalloped Square Dies to create the shaker. I did a quick video to share a fun tip while using these dies!  

Here are the products used:

CARD BASE:

• 5"x 5" card base 

LAYERS:

•  Die-cut patterned paper using CDD Inside Scalloped Square Dies with the two largest dies (see video)
• Die-cut banners from CDD Flag Banner Dies 
• Lay Washi Tape down on white paper and die-cut using CDD Flag Banner Dies
• Using SVG Outline for Hello You Stamps cut outline to be stamped 

STAMP:

• Using the Mini Misti stamp image on X-Press Blend It Cardstock
• Color using COPIC Markers
• Using the Mini Misti Stamp sentiment on banner 
• Stamp Candy Cane inside card and color COPICS

ASSEMBLE:

• Add largest die-cut frame to card base
• Cut acetate large enough to fit frames, add adhesive to frames and secure frames to acetate
• Add 3D Mounting Foam to acetate to create shaker
• Add sequins lay on card base and then secure frames with acetate over sequins by aligning all edges, press firmly to create a tight bond
• Add colored image and die-cut banners
